Hatha Yoga for clarity, steadiness, and the return to self-leadership.

I’m Georgia, a teacher of traditional Hatha Yoga.

My work hasn’t been shaped by an easy life, but by a full, demanding, and deeply human one — motherhood, responsibility, depletion, and seasons that required more capacity than I thought I had.

For a long time, my mind ran loud and my system was stretched thin.
Pushing harder was no longer an option. What I needed wasn’t more effort — it was a path back to myself. Back to the woman beneath the noise.

In its lineage-rooted simplicity, Hatha Yoga offered exactly that:
a steady, uncompromising return to clarity.

This practice became my anchor not because it made life lighter,
but because it made me steadier — more deliberate, more discerning, and more capable of carrying what life asked of me.

What I know now is simple:

Real power can only be held from steadiness.

A calm, clear, stable mind becomes the vessel for everything that matters — intuition, discernment, capacity, and courage.

And that steadiness doesn’t come from intensity.
It comes from devotion. From returning again and again — as we do in a 40-day sādhana — until the practice lives in you, and you live differently because of it.

This is the place I teach from.

My classes are slow, intentional, and breath-led, grounded in respect for the lineage and unwavering care for the nervous system. They are designed to help you cultivate the kind of steadiness that allows power to be carried — not collapsed under.

I don’t teach yoga as performance or escape.
I teach it as a means of cultivating inner spaciousness — the kind that reorganises the mind, strengthens the centre, and reconnects you with the clearest version of yourself.

If you’re craving calm, clarity, and a grounded way of living —
and you’re ready to build the steadiness required to hold your own power —
you’re exactly where you’re meant to be..
